Here in the Winter of 2025 a peculiar sense of ambiguity permeates, both in events – will they or won’t they? – and also in the larger narrative explanation of what this all means and where it leads us. To understand what is happening now is a great puzzle maze of shifting borders and directions, unsolvable on its face. That is unless you have The Calendar at your disposal, in which case structure and clarity can be found in the misty forest we seem to be traversing. Accordingly the present moment can be referred to as the “Epilogue of Neptune in Pisces” because that is what it is.
Generations are a group of people born to the same time and they become the carriers of that time from then on. What they carry are a set of common approaches which manifest into real world events at certain moments. When the transiting outer planets disrupt the normal routines of fate the part of life that we call free will emerges as the main force which drive events and outcomes. It is is in these moments that the common habits of a cohort reveal themselves most clearly, and it is when they collectively imprint their influence upon the world we inhabit.
In 2025 we straddle the edge of the future, anointed to tumble through a transition from water and earth to air and fire, a time ahead where that which is solid twists and turns with the wind and combusts and crumbles under the heat of fire. The old ways of a world long recorded are dismantled at record speed while some kind of machine rapidly assembles a new one out of the thousand pieces left scattered. In the early days of this swirl is mystery, tension, and fleeting new-normals that seem to drift away just as soon as they have blown in. We’re not even all of the way into the future yet, but the tumbling confusion already tosses us to and fro. Meanwhile under such configurations, a new generation is being born.
